Individual Therapy
For teens, young adults, and adults looking for meaningful change, individual therapy offers a structured space to work through what’s hard and move toward what matters. I tailor therapy to your goals, drawing from DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and meaning-oriented approaches. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidality, relationship stress, or identity concerns, we’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive and productive.

Parent Coaching
When a child or teen is struggling, it can be hard to know how to help—or whether what you’re doing is helping at all. As a parent coach trained by Dr. Eli Lebowitz in the SPACE model (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), I help caregivers shift from reacting to responding. Together, we focus on reducing accommodating behaviors, improving connection, and helping your child build confidence and independence—while also reducing the stress in your home.

DBT Skills Training
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps teens and young adults build concrete skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and improve relationships. I offer DBT skills training in several formats:
— As part of ongoing individual therapy
— In conjunction with your existing therapist (skills-only)
— Through group skills training
— As a DBT-informed coaching resource for parents

Collaborative Suicide-Specific Care
If you or your child is struggling with suicidal thoughts, the CAMS framework offers a focused, collaborative approach. I’ve been trained by Dr. David Jobes, the model’s creator, and use CAMS to help clients understand what drives their distress, develop practical coping tools, and work toward safety and healing—without shame or fear. CAMS is structured but deeply personal, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and client-defined goals.
Perinatal Mental Health
Becoming a mother can bring both joy and intense emotional upheaval. I offer specialized support for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and the emotional complexities that often go unspoken. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed, therapy provides a steady place to process your experience and reconnect with yourself.
