Insurance & Fees

Investing in therapy is a meaningful commitment—and it’s important to know what to expect. My fees reflect advanced training and extensive experience supporting teens, young adults, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments, including suicidality, trauma, and high-conflict dynamics.

  • 45-minute session: $255

  • 60-minute session: $295

  • Family session: $295

  • DBT Skills Group (90-minute): $150

While I do not accept insurance at this time, I am happy to provide monthly superbills you can submit directly to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can talk through options.

Need Immediate Help?

If this is a life threatening emergency, call 911 and ask for a crisis intervention trained officer or go to the nearest emergency department.

Please note: I do not provide emergency or 24-hour crisis services. My phone, email, and messaging systems are not monitored continuously and should not be used in the event of a crisis.

If you or someone you care about needs help, please reach out to one of the services listed on the Crisis Resources page—they’re available anytime, day or night, to make sure you’re not alone.
